• Tap is clamped  by ER spring collet,minimizing neet to stock varied collet sizes
• Tap is clamped on a floating tap holder by ER collet chuck. The tapping torque is transmitted through a square shank on the floating tap holder
• 0,1mm radius tolerance between floating tap holder and shank for compensation of the offset of tap and predrilled hole to incrase tap tool life.
• Compression and extention movenment of the floating tap holder is designed for compensating unsynchronization of the spindle speed and feed while tapping.
• Two set screws on ER32 are added to prevent slipping of the taps are added while the tapping function in taking place.

FEATURES: Higher compression spring utilized to ensure sufficient tapping feed force, and second lower compression spring utiltzed to prevent pull of the thresd during the returning stroke.

WER16: Tapping capacity is from M3 to M10, taps are clamped by standard ER16 collets.

WER20: Tapping capacity is from M3 to M16, taps are clamped by standard ER16 collets.

WER32: Tapping capacity is from M3 to M32, taps are clamped by standard ER16 collets.(aditional two set screws are added for preventing slip while tapping)
