Electronic System:
EF (AC) Electrolysis Free system
Full time applies an EF (AC) Power machining from roughing to finish, and which minimizes the hardened appearance caused by electrolysis effect and extends life of mold.
Stable Open Voltage (OV) Circuit:
Use auto voltage regulator circuit stabilize open voltage and it advantage computer to deal with different kind of material and thickness machining, also OV circuit maintains discharge machining at constantly high speed and stable cutting status, The cutting efficiency increase over 20% then conventional circuit.
Modular- designed system:
An optimal module on the electric circuits PCB, each module I/O gives a LED indication, benefits after sales service and provides more speedy maintenance.

The wire can be threaded at the break point during machining, with virtually 100% reliability, without the need to return to the start hole. Submerged wire connection: Wire threading is also easily executed during submerged machining. No need to drain and refill the work tank. Threading with water jet: In the case of high work piece, water jet can be use to enhances the wire threading. Multi-hole machining function: In a rare event when the machine fails to rethread at a hole during multi-holes machining, the system will skip to the next hole. The information of the skipped hole is automatically stored in memory and can be recalled later to complete the cut. |
